Share Swarmia AI chats with your team

You can now share any Swarmia AI chat with people in your organization.

Instead of copy-pasting your findings into Slack or a doc, you can just share the conversation with anyone in your organization, so they get the full context, follow-up questions, and the reasoning behind your conclusions. They can even ask their own follow-up questions and keep exploring from where you left off.

Here are a few ways teams are already using this:

  • Investigating a cycle time spike, tracing it back to review throughput, and sharing the chat with a team lead instead of writing it all up.
  • Running an AI adoption breakdown before a leadership sync and sharing the thread so others can read it beforehand.
  • An engineering manager sharing a signal investigation with their skip-level, instead of summarizing it from scratch.

Chats are private by default, and clicking share turns on link access and copies the link to your clipboard. Anyone in your organization with a link can open it and read the full conversation. Any follow-up questions they ask during their own session won’t be saved to the original chat. You can revoke access and make a chat private again anytime from the three-dot menu.

To try it, open any Swarmia AI chat and click the share icon in the top-right corner or use the context menu in the sidebar. Your link is copied automatically, and you can send it to anyone in your organization.
