Create custom PR inbox views

You can now create custom views in your PR inbox for the pull requests that don’t fit the default tabs. Build one with filters, or describe it to Swarmia AI and it’ll set it up for you.

The default tabs, like our team, participating, and from others, cover the most common review workflows. Custom views cover the rest, like changes to a repository you own, PRs with a specific label, or work related to a migration. Each view gets its own place in the sidebar.

To create a view, click + Custom view in the PR inbox sidebar. Give it a name and an icon, then add filters. Views are scoped to your default team. To see matching PRs across your organization, uncheck your team in the team selector.

To use Swarmia AI instead, describe what you want. For example: “Create a PR inbox view for open PRs in the payments repository.” Swarmia AI shows you a preview of matching PRs and saves the view only after you confirm. You can also ask it to update an existing view.

Custom views are personal, so only you see them in your sidebar. To share one, copy the link and send it to others. Teammates can open it in read-only mode and save a copy to edit on their own.

Here are a few ways to use them:

  • Platform, infra, and security teams can track all open PRs in the repositories they own, no matter which team wrote them.
  • Tech leads can create a view for PRs with a label like hotfix or needs-design-review, so they get attention quickly.
  • Engineering managers can follow AI-assisted PRs in their team and see how they move through review compared to the rest.
  • Teams can follow PRs that touch a high-risk repository during a migration or incident follow-up, and share a “release blockers” view everyone can save for themselves.

Custom views are available to all customers. To get started, go to the PR inbox and click + Custom view, or ask Swarmia AI to build one for you.

Check whether your repositories are ready for AI agents

Coding agents are only as effective as the system they work in. They need two things from a repository: configuration files like AGENTS.md or CLAUDE.md that tell them how to build, test, and navigate the codebase, and a delivery pipeline that can take their output once they’re done. Engineers open…
