Ask Swarmia AI about anything, anywhere

Swarmia AI is now available everywhere across the app, so you can ask a question, build a report, or dig into a chart from wherever you are.

It starts from what you’re looking at and draws on data from across your engineering organization to answer. For example, you can open a cycle time chart and ask why it jumped last month without adding any extra context.

Swarmia AI is also now the main way to create and edit explore views. Describe the report you need and it builds it for you, whether that’s delivery metrics for a quarterly board update, AI usage metrics, survey feedback, or prep for performance reviews.

When something catches your eye, ask follow-up questions about the data or keep refining the report in the same conversation. You can break it down by team or time period, add filters, swap columns, or change the grouping, then save it as a custom explore view.

This release helps anyone who wants faster answers from their Swarmia data — reporting-heavy engineering operations roles, engineering leaders wanting to understand their team’s performance and the flow of work, or engineers who just want to know what matters on the page in front of them.

A few things you could try:

• “Which PRs are outliers here? Put them in a table with cycle time, review time, and the AI tools used.”
• “What caused that spike in cycle time?”
• “What are our current delivery bottlenecks, and what should we fix first?”
• “Summarize our latest survey results — where should we improve most?”
• “Help me prep for performance reviews. What did my team ship this half?”

Every answer is backed by an explicit data query, so you can always see exactly how Swarmia AI got there, or open a report in the explore view to dig deeper.
