See investment balance breakdown for sprints

Do you have a good grasp of what goes into your sprints? Are your sprints mostly focused on building new things or something else?

Now you can answer these questions instantly with investment balance breakdowns for sprints in Swarmia.

In the sprints view, you'll now see investment balance breakdowns for each sprint. Completed and ongoing sprints show the breakdown for completed issues, while planned sprints display the breakdown of all issues assigned to that sprint. When you drill into a single sprint, you can see the breakdown for both current scope and completed work. You can also toggle between issues and story points to get the view that works best for your team.

This makes it easier to discover patterns in what type of work is scoped and completed in your sprints. For example, you might notice trends like an increasing share of KTLO within sprints. You can also use these insights to help plan future sprints according to your investment balance goals, like maintaining 80% focus on building new things.

To get started, simply navigate to the sprints view in Swarmia.
